Packaging
All your orders are carefully wrapped with kraft paper and corrugated paper, then packed in double-walled cardboard boxes for maximum protection.
I use only 100% eco-friendly and recyclable materials that are respectful of the environment.
When you purchase multiple items, they are combined in the same box, but in some cases, orders may need to be shipped in multiple parcels to ensure safe delivery.
Free pick-up available
To significantly reduce costs, I offer free pick-up in Paris 8th district, Versailles, or Saint-Germain-en-Laye.

Shipping & Returns
Delivery is available within France and internationally.
All parcels are shipped via a trusted postal service, Colissimo Home Delivery with signature and insurance. I dispatch in-stock orders within 5 business days.
The customer has 14 days to withdraw after receiving the product. Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, certificate of authenticity, etc.) allowing for resale in new condition, and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damage or incomplete products will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be issued within 14 days from the date the Seller receives the returned products from the Customer.
