Delivery is available worldwide. I will calculate the shipping costs based on the weight of the package and the destination when it is outside of France. Shipping rates will follow those of the postal service, Colissimo. Customs duties, local taxes, import taxes, or government fees may be applicable. These fees will be the responsibility of the Customer alone.

Each piece requires following a specific process:
Time for shaping and drying before the first firing.
Time to paint the design and for the second firing.
Each firing lasts approximately 30 hours.
Before ordering a custom, one-of-a-kind piece, we need to discuss the lead time and pricing.
The lead time and price of a custom piece vary depending on the individual request.
